Update 29/06/12 - Go NE











Brighton & Hove Volvo B5L Hybrid / Wright BX61SXS has been on loan at Chester-le-Street, as illustrated by Steven Hodgson, and was briefly used on service 21 Durham - Newcastle.

Recent swapping-round of Dennis Trident / East Lancs has seen 3865/9 (W865PNL, W179SCU) go to Chester-le-Street, 3872 (W182SCU) go to Gateshead and 3880 (W176SCU) go to Percy Main.  Dennis / Plaxton SPDs 8219/20 (V219/20ERG) are at Deptford as refurbishment cover, while sister 8203 (V203ERG) has been withdrawn.  Volvo B10M / Plaxton 7082 (Y782MFT) and Volvo B10M / Plaxton 7087 (NA52RMZ) have joined the driver training fleet.

 

Ensignbus  have taken Dennis/Plaxton SPDs 8167/8 (S367/8ONL), Volvo Olympian / Northern Counties 3903/35 (R261/394LGH) and Dennis Dart SLF / Caetano 8282 (T429LGP).



DAF SB220GS / Plaxton 4862/4-6 (S862/4-6ONL) have gained Lambton Worm branding for services 34/34A.  Volvo B7TL / East Lancs 3970/6/9 (PJ02PYWZC/F) are further examples repainted into Northern red as noted by Bazza Houston and Steven Hodgson.  Volvo B10BLE / Wright 4847 (R847PRG) is now in red with Beamish advertising. The Laser branding on the Sunderland based gold Citaros and Scanias is being re-applied in a revised style and Gateshead based Scania L94UB / Wright 5219-21/6 (NK54NVP/T/U/Z) now have a revised style of Loop branding, with slightly different colurs being used on each as reported by Steven Hodgson, Raymond Embleton and Bazza Houston.  Meanwhile, repaints of the Prince Bishops Scania L94UBs and the Red Kite Omnicities continue ahead of fresh branding being applied.
